Miles of pristine white beaches and clear blue water are at your doorstep as Arthur's Place on the Beach greets beach lovers with warmth and style. Situated on the secluded east end of Grand Bahama Island, this beautiful family home offers stunning water views and long stretches of quiet, sandy beach. Perfect for families with children or couples getaway. Built in 2001, Arthur had a vision for an island paradise for his family and friends, found the perfect location. Situated at the end of a local neighborhood in Gambier Point, 25 minutes from town, 15 minutes from Lucyan National Park and just two miles from Bishop's local family eatery and bar, Arthur's Place on the Beach is the ideal vacation spot for those who wish to "get away from it all". But, it's close enough to local shopping, restaurants, bars, and activities to enjoy all this beautiful island has to offer. Our home accommodates up to 6 people and is equipped with a playpen and high chair for our smallest visitors. The kitchen offers full size appliances, with dish washer and a large family kitchen table for meals and board games. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and master bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with another queen, having a shared bath/shower. There is a lot of space for relaxing with a T.V. room with reclining sofa and love seat, a sitting area overlooking the screened lanai with a couch, chairs and desk. The lanai is large and has a table and chairs, chaise lounges and casual sitting area. The view of the crystal blue water and white sandy beach is truly breath taking, and only steps away. There are beach chairs, beach towels,and toys for your enjoyment. Whether you prefer long walks discovering lots of gorgeous sea life, floating in the tranquil waters or playing a rowdy game of catch this is the perfect beach vacation. Snorkeling and fishing are also prime activities to pass your time. Or, just bring a good book and relax, relax, relax!
