Perfect apartment for two people with private rooftop terrace, pool, and outdoor BBQ. Ideal for couples seeking privacy. With beautiful jungle views, you can also enjoy the most spectacular sunset from the 360 infinity rooftop pool of the building. Just 15 min drive to the beach.
The Space:
Apartment with All the privacy with luxury amenities. Access to gym, partner beach club and a discount on spa services.
Brand new space with new top of the line appliances and finishes. Comfortable king size bed, tv, and high-end sheets and pillows. A small but useful kitchenette to cover all your foody needs. The best part is a rooftop terrace with built in barbecue and private pool, you can watch the sunset while sipping margaritas.
The entire space, there is a spa that offers services (for an additional fee) and you receive a discount located at Central Park our sister building. You also have access to a beach club that is set up for guests. There is a minimum consumption fee. You'll have access of all the building amenities including pool, gym.
The neighborhood is peaceful and close to everything. Only 5 minutes to town and 15 minutes to beach. Its the perfect spot to be if you want to be within nature, close to authentic Mexican culture and also very close to the nightlife and beach vibe.

Summary: We stayed in Tulum for a few days for our honeymoon and this was a great spot. The room had everything we needed and we were able to cook ourselves a couple of meals to save some money but it was close enough to downtown that we could also get food. Baak was able schedule anything else that we wanted to do, including scooters and beach club visits. They were able to offer more but as well but we just didn’t have enough time to do everything.
