Close to all commuter routes..Rt 93, junction of MA & (TAX FREE) NH, centrally situated, convenient to all area/family attractions-10 mins. to the Rockingham Shopping Mall, Race Track, Canobie Lake Amusement Park, major golf courses (Atkinson Resort & Country Club), Victoria Station Mini Golf. Enthusicaist Skiers- 30 mins. to Bradford Hill ( great for families & novice), Rt 93,1 hr,& 15 mins.Waterville Resort (intermediate),1 hr. 45 mins. Loon Mountain & Cannon ( intermediate & expert). Ice fishing, ice skating,&snownmobles allowed ( if pond is frozen).This fantastic Southern New Hampshire waterfront home with private beach, sits on the pond over looking 266-acres, 3 miles long with 3 Islands, nestled among oaks, huge pine trees with stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. Tranquil place for relaxation, to celebrate special events or for the adventurous families. Located on a quiet street, ample parking, great for bike riding, skate boarding, etc..Dock available for your motor boat, jet ski, canoe or kayak and fishing fun. Two floors-fully furnished including TV's on each floor fireplace, 2 air conditioners and fans provided in every room for family comfort. First floor has 2 sets of bunk beds & 2 twin slide away beds, half finished kitchen, with screened in porch (width of house). Second floor has 2 bedrooms (one full & 2 twin beds) a four season porch ( width of house), living room with a fireplace, full bathroom, kitchenette. Traveling distance to Hampton Beach ( free entertainment & fireworks every Wed.& Sat.) Sand sculpture competition (July), Rye Beach, Portsmouth (Water Country), and Newburyport Yankee Homecoming(Free entertainment, July & August). Sight seeing and beach areas in all locations great for all seasons. Hike the White Mountain area, enjoy Lake Winnipesaukee, the Kancamagus Highway, and the surrounding Laconia area.
