Positive: The room was spacious and clean. There was good isolation to the traffic outside. The location next to the waterfalls was good. The communication with the owners was quick and good, although we didn’t meet them personally.
Negative: This was the only apartment in our trip where we didn’t find ingredients for cooking, let alone a welcome drink/water/free coffee. The latter is obviously optional, but apparently we got spoiled from getting them elsewhere. The absence of basic cooking ingredients was a bit more of a nuisance. Although the location to the waterfall was great, taking the car was necessary for everything else (except for the adjacent restaurant). Be really aware of the speed limits (50 km/h) on the road in front of the house, since there are speed cameras.
Summary: Recommended only for a short stay to see the Marmore Waterfalls
