With oak floors, soft blue and green tones and lively splashes of colour, this comfortable and contemporary apartment has a large living room with views of Argyle St from two large original sash windows with additional glazing. There are two pale blue sofas to seat 2 (one which is a sofa bed) on either side of a wood chest coffee table. On the wall is a small TV with DVD, blue tooth sound system, Wi-Fi and a selection of films and novels. The contemporary fitted white galley kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer and also a washing machine combined with dryer. A rustic sideboard houses additional cooking utensils and in the living area, a long wooden console and 4 oak stools provide a casual dining bar.
The elegant bedroom at the back has a sash window and original decorative fireplace. The 5’ double bed has a pretty quilt which co-ordinates with a small chest of drawers and occasional chair. An alcove cupboard provides hanging and shelf space. The compact contemporary en-suite has a shower, WC and small hand-basin with shelf space for toiletries.
