This 4 bedroom villa has the beautiful backdrop of the green mountains with it being situated only 50m (across the road) from the quiet Argaka beach. The villa is surrounded by palm trees and is ideally located within walking distance from a small selection of local restaurants. As you enter the property you will find the open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area features comfortable brown leather sofas and wireless internet, television, DVD player and CD player for your entertainment. Patio doors from the living area lead onto the swimming pool furnished terrace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area offers seating for 6 guests. The washing machine is conveniently located in a cupboard under the stairs. The first of the bedrooms; a four poster bed is located on the ground floor with patio doors which lead straight out onto the swimming pool terrace and garden. There is an adjacent shower room which can be closed off to be used as an en-suite, or alternatively be used as a guest WC. Moving up to the first floor, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom offers plenty of wardrobe space with an en-suite shower room. One twin bedroom offers a bathroom en-suite and the second twin bedroom offers a shower en-suite. All three upstairs bedrooms have access to the shared balcony which offers the most spectacular sea views. There is a fixed stair gate located at the bottom and top of the stairs which is perfect for younger children. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. Moving outside, the large 10. X 5m private swimming pool with roman steps is surrounded by plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the Cypriot sunshine. There is also a small garden and lawned area. The outdoor dining area twinned with the barbecue creates the perfect environment for alfresco dining. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars.
