The villas are ideally located only a few hundred metres from the nearest restaurant and only a stone’s throw from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. Upon entering this villa you will find the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is comfortably furnished with 2 leather sofas, coffee table and a wood burning fireplace. For entertainment you will find a flat screen TV with limited satellite channels, DVD player, computer (Please note the flat screen TV is used as monitor for the computer) and board games. This villa has a wireless internet connection. The dining area is equipped with a dining table and seating for up to 6 guests. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen, which features a fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Large glass patio doors lead the way from the open plan living and dining area to the outside patio area and swimming pool. On the ground floor you will also find this villa’s first bedroom. This bedroom is a double bedroom with the luxury of an en suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath and dressing table. Also available on the ground floor is a separate WC. Moving up to the first floor you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms of this villa. These 2 bedrooms are a double bedroom as well as a twin bedroom, both with the luxury of an en suite shower room featuring a power jet shower. Both bedrooms share access to a large balcony equipped with lounge furniture for you to relax and enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea. On the first floor is also a small utility area where you will find a washing machine. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout (see rental rates) and all bedrooms feature ceiling fans. A baby cot and high chair is available upon request. From the open plan living and dining area the glass patio doors lead the way to the outside area of this villa. The patio area is equipped with garden chairs and a table which combined with the brick built barbecue gives you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the experience of outside dining. The 9m x 4.5m (depth 1.45m) heated swimming pool (see rental rates) is surrounded a by patio area equipped with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for you to enjoy a lazy day in the Cypriot sun. A special feature for this villa is the dedicated 2m x 2m children’s pool (0.6m) allowing you to relax while the children are cooling down from the heat in their own dedicated area. A solar heated pool side shower is available to the side of the villa. The mature garden surrounds the villa and offers plenty of lawn area for the children to play and a table tennis table or pool table can be provided upon request. To the front of the villa you will find parking for up to 1 car. The villa is located in the same cul-de-sac as Villa ref 62239, 62241 and 62245 making them the ideal choice for larger parties wishing to holiday together. As these villas are similar in style, layout and facilities the photography featured is representative of the different villas on the complex. Please note soft furnishings, curtains, linen etc may vary in colour and style between villas. At the beginning of the private road leading down to the villas you will find a large lawn area featuring plenty of children's toys. This area is shared between all 5 villas on the complex.
