Positive: The room is spacious. The building is not crowded. The room is clean in general. Good building location close to old town. Just 15 minutes walk. Big parking outside.
Negative: Sometimes it could be noisy. Roosters crow at night and early morning. It's possible to hear all neighbours. The aircon is dirty. A little bit overpriced accommodation.
