Welcome to our house ! Our contemporary villa is ideal for your family or to come between couples.
Located in the town of Saint-Jean-de-Védas in a quiet residential area, our villa is ideal for 5 people, including children.
Our house is close to all shops, sports grounds and play areas for children. You can easily get to the center of Montpellier or head for the beaches using the tram, which is a 15-minute walk through the old village.
To relax and enjoy your stay, we put our spa at your disposal!
Our 88 m² villa is decorated with 2 spacious terraces, each with its garden furniture. The accommodation has:

By car, it takes 15 minutes to get to the center of Montpellier, 20 minutes to reach the nearest beaches (Carnon, Palavas, Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone, Aresquiers); and there are also some great walks to do in the hinterland (Lac du Salagou, Pont du Diable, Saint-Guilhem-de-Désert ...).
