Positive: The apartment was nice but lacking in a few areas.
Negative: Trying to find our apartment was a complete disaster. The area had so many apartments on it. It was very confusing. And no mention of full directions to the apartment in the booking. Just an address. As we arrived late, which I made clear to the office, couldn’t find the office to retrieve my welcome packet. Took us driving around for about 30 minutes. Needs more visible signs for directions or locations. No one was in the office to assist us, at that time so we called the number that was given to us and the man was very rude. Like he didn’t want to help. His exact words to me were, “I don’t know what to tell you!” His sleeping was more important than helping us get to our destination. The bathtub in the main room made a lot of cracking noises, like it wasn’t set correctly or there was some damage underneath. Noisiest shower I have ever taken, due to flooring of the tub. No WiFi internet for a whole night because we were given the wrong password. We were told that pets were not allowed BUT everyone around us had a dog. Didn’t make sense to me. Took the kids to the beach and one lifeguard was so rude that she and I had words. And then the idea that we paid for the cleaning service but really ended up cleaning it ourselves, was a complete joke. Never, will I book with this company again or visit Myrtle Beach. We come to this area every year for vacation and this year was the absolute worst. Will definitely look at different places for next year. So disappointed!!!!
