This spacious home is just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and public beach access offering abundant parking and beach space. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps up to sixteen including all adults and children. Starting at the top... The third-floor king master bedroom has a private balcony, coffee and wine bar, wall-mounted flat-screen, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The second floor is the main living level. The large living room with huge wall-mounted flat-screen television is perfect for family-night. This floor has a half bath, bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle and wall-mounted flatscreen television, dining area and large chef's kitchen. The second floor also has a large balcony for enjoying our warm Florida evenings and the living room has a sleeper sofa for extra bedding. The first floor has a secondary living room with sleeper sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen television, and gaming table. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor as well. The mother-in-law suite furnished with a comfortable queen bed attached to the jack and jill bathroom. The kids' bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle and wall-mounted flat-screen television. The laundry room is on the first level just before you walk out to the four-seasons room. The outdoor living here is superb! The four-seasons room is perfect for family gatherings and it leads out to the paver patio complete with Edison lights overhead making for great ambiance. This home allows for up to three vehicles; one in the garage and two in the driveway. The home has high-speed wireless internet and Hulu television service on all television. The Arborgate community is just minutes from the Famous "Flora-Bama" and is surrounded by state parks, miles of off-road walking, jogging and biking trails. There is a beautiful golf course within a short walk away, and another right over the bridge. The Arborgate community also just steps away from a public kayak/paddleboard/canoe launch site into the calm intercoastal waterway and 0.8 of a mile from Holiday Harbor Marina, offering convenient boat docking for a small fee.
