Positive: The house was beautiful inside and outside, and in a great location. The sea is so close you can hear the waves from your bedroom and this made me sleep like an angel. I loved that it was quiet, clean, easy to settle in and going around ( Marzamemi is at a 5 minutes drive). Pippo, our host, was kind, friendly and helpful. We are already planning to return with friends next year.
Negative: I loved having two bathrooms, but you need to get through one of the bedrooms to get there. We went as one family, so this didn't impact us but it might affect couples sharing the house. (Though this feature might be only relevant to the house we were in, I am not sure, I'd check it with Pippo if you think you need more privacy).
