BEACHFRONT CONDO WITH DIRECT UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the gulf. This waterfront condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. Along with beautiful beach views, another advantage of a stay at Aquavista is there are only two eight-story towers, allowing for a less crowded beach. On-site amenities include beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, an elevated sundeck, and optional Beach Service. Each tower has two elevators. Direct private beach access is only steps away. Exercise facilities are not open for guest use. However, there are a number of local gyms nearby that cater to vacationers. Winn-Dixie, CVS and many restaurants located right across the street. You are also only a short trip to the famous City Pier and Pier Park for shopping and entertainment, featuring over 100 stores and restaurants. During your stay, be sure to take a relaxing walk through our Conservation Park. Only one mile away off of Hwy 98. Frank Brown Park is within a mile as well and has a splash park for the kids, water slides, green spaces, grills, pavilions, and a shaded playground. There are a number of grocery delivery and pick up services available. Ask us for assistance or recommendations. STARTER SETS For your convenience you will be supplied: Two (2) full roll of toilet paper for each bathroom Two (2) paper towel rolls for the kitchen Liquid hand soap at each sink or soap bars at each sink One (1) mini shampoo/conditioner and bar of soap per bath Three (3) laundry tabs Three (3) dishwasher tabs Two (2) trash bags per trash can TOWELS: Please bring your own beach towels. White towels provided are not to be taken outside. One (1) hand towel per bathroom. One (1) bath towel per max occupancy. One (1) wash cloth per max occupancy. One (1) kitchen towel. PARKING You will need to secure and pay for a parking pass online prior to arrival through the condo association. We will send you the link after booking. The first pass is free and additional ones are $25 per week or $35 per month. Non-passenger vehicles are $50/week. CANCELLATION POLICIES: It is only $350 to book. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are booking within 30 days of arrival payment is due in full. Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as cancellation is at least 30 days prior to check-in. Guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in and get 100% refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
