Villa description: Apartment 7002 is probably the best appointed and one of the very few direct beach front apartments for rent in Aquatika. The square footage is approx. 1200 sq. feet, with 3 bed/2 bathrooms. The entire apartment is air-conditioned. The Living Room sports a 40 inch Sharp LED HDTV with XBOX360, DVD player. The Master has a Queen bed with Tempurpedic top and a 37 inch LCD, Streaming services. Kid's room has a wooden bunk bed w/twin mattresses and a futon sofa that expands to sleep two more guests. The third room has a full-size mattress that sleeps another two, 37 inch TV with Playstation 2 console. Maximum total of 8 guests. Amenities: There is a 42 inch flat screen TV in the living room, XBOX360, complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, all kitchen appliances and service for 8, A/C in all rooms and living room, equipped laundry room, beach toys. Located on the second floor, the balcony faces the Ocean, with breakfast table, lounge chairs, and a 3 burner Weber Grill. Beach is directly in front of the apartment, a stone's throw away. Resort has 6 pools, including a long Lazy River pool, heated pool, spas, 75 foot long slide and waterfall (open on weekends), kiddie water park amenities, Kiddie park with slides, swings, etc., two tennis courts, an 18 hole mini-golf, basketball court, Air-conditioned clubhouse with free wi-fi and small gym (daytime hours), manicured tropical landscaping and gardens throughout. Reservations: A 25%-50% Deposit is required to book the apartment, depending on dates. In addition, the following fees apply: A $100 cleaning/utilities fee applies. A Required $200 Damage fee Deposit, fully Refundable after a satisfactory post-rental inspection (may be waived). Cancellations outside 60 days - full refund. Cancellation fee of $300 applies for cancellations outside 30 calendar days of arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days and no-shows forfeit entire deposits.
