5 Bedroom House in Port Aransas

This brand new home was just completed in April of 2016 and features 5 bedrooms plus a bonus/office room to accommodate even the largest groups in style. This home includes custom tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms and beautiful woodwork using reclaimed barn wood for a unique coastal look!
Located in the beach-side neighborhood of Royal Sands, this community provides two swimming pools, one for families and one for adults only. Royal Sands also has a boardwalk through the dunes to the beach!
As you enter this home, you will be amazed at how open and beautifully decorated the space is. With a large open great room there is plenty of room for large groups to be able to hang out together in the common areas. Reclining couches and a recliner chair ensure that you can relax in comfort! Once you step in this home, you will be certain you have picked the perfect place!
Aquaholics Anoymous has one bedroom downstairs with a king bed and its own bathroom. The office is also downstairs with a desk, comfortable couch (also a sleeper sofa) and a flat screen TV. The other four bedrooms are upstairs. There is a master with en suite and private balcony. It includes a king and twin day bed which is perfect for couples with a little one. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one of those rooms has a private balcony. The final bedroom is a perfect place for the kids. It has 3 twin beds and a flat screen tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, double oven, microwave, island breakfast bar, coffee maker, assorted cookware and everything you need to cook a meal in paradise. The kitchen and living area are a great room open-style concept, perfect for entertaining. There is a large dining area with seating for 8, plus a breakfast nook off the kitchen to seat an additional 4.
The living room and office come equipped with a flat screen television with satellite TV service. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer and wireless internet service
The outside space includes two private decks, a covered front porch, covered back patio with grass yard, outdoor shower, and plenty of parking!
Please note: The garage is reserved exclusively for owner use. The driveway can accommodate up to 5 standard sized vehicles. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Street parking is not allowed.

CHECK-IN PROCESS:
We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Sand Key Realty will call you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, (2 rolls per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets (if the property has a dishwasher) and 1 bottle of dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:
Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
A portion of your total will be donated to the Marlin Legacy Foundation whose mission is to facilitate financial support for the dedicated educators and staff of Port Aransas ISD.

Summary: We loved staying at this property with our extended family ( 6 adults, 5 kids ages 4-10). Royal Sands is a very nice neighborhood, with easy beach access by foot, golf cart or there is a beach access road just 1 mile away. The main floor of the house is very open , with plenty of room for 11 people to spread out. The grandkids loved the “kids” bedroom upstairs and the “office” tv room on the 1st floor. The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious. We will definitely rent this house again on future trips to Port A!
