Aqua Construction Update (Mid September - February 2025)
We want to inform you that balcony repair work at Aqua Resort will begin in mid-September and continue through February 2025. We’re pleased to let you know that our condo is unaffected by this project, as its balcony repairs were completed last year.
During this period, the East outdoor pool and pool deck will be closed. However, the West pool, indoor pool, and hot tub will remain open for your enjoyment.
→ MUST BE 21+ TO RESERVE
→ PARKING NOTES: All AQUA guests must be pre registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50.00 per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).
→ DAMAGE WAIVER: There is $1,500 of accidental damage coverage included per reservation provided by Safely Insurance!
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

Summary: We absolutely loved staying in this condo! I was concerned at first about navigating our way around the resort, but after the first day it was a breeze! A wagon is a must to get things to and from your car and to and from the beach. Pros: the condo was very clean and beautiful. Amazing view. The indoor/outdoor pool was fabulous. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella already out on the beach each day was great. We loved walking right down to Shuckums for food, drinks, and fun. We ate there several times. It is also within walking distance of pier park, but if you have a small child, again the wagon is handy. Cons: the elevators were in and out of service. However, we never had to wait terribly long for one, especially once we found out there were two more elevators on the other side of the resort. The only other con was the AC had a hard time keeping up, but it was EXTREMELY hot the week we went. Overall, we loved it and will definitely return next time we come to Panama City.
