Welcome, prepare to be impressed. This luxury beach home filled with light and features a roomy, unique, open layout with room for everyone.
The well-stocked kitchen is complete with granite counters, modern stainless appliances and everything you will need for dining in.
You will love all of the NEW cups, dishes, cookware and coffee maker- Have coffee at the kitchen bar or feed everyone at the new dining table!
The living area features ample seating with commanding gulf views. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests, Large Flat Screen TV and Balcony access. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy sunset cocktails or just relax and listen to the waves crash below. You will find all NEW furniture throughout the common areas- new couches, end tables, lamps, lighting and artwork. There is even new furniture out on the balcony for you to enjoy the start and ending of everyday overlooking the beach.
There are TWO King bedrooms- The spacious gulf front Master bedroom has a King bed and balcony access, Large flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a double vanity- this bedroom is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Step directly out onto the wrap around balcony for an early morning coffee or watch the sun slip behind the waves with a cocktail at sunset
The Guest bedroom also features a comfortable King size bed, bathroom access and city views of Pier Park and the Bay on the Balcony .
The third sleeping area is alcove with a bunk with two twin beds.
AQUA is Panama Citys Premiere Beach resort, Aqua is Directly on the beach, and close to so many attractions and restaurants. It Truly is the best Location in PCB.

NOTE: Effective 1/1/21 ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking by going to http://www.aquaparking.net www.aquaparking.net guests will need to register and pay $35 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.
Must be 25 or older to rent this property, and primary renter must stay in the condo the duration of the reservation.
No Pets. No Smoking or vaping in the unit.
