The apartment Casa Palmeira has a privileged location within a luxury development near the beach of Porto de Mós.
The beach is only a 700-metre walkaway and has 2 wonderful restaurants as well as a beautiful golden sandy beach.
This is a new listing for summer 2023, and has recently been refurbished and is modernly decorated in pastel tones. It has a very own light and a very special touch.
The flat is located in the first floor and has two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double super king bed and an en-suite bathroom (with hydrotherapy tub and bath) while the second bedroom has two single beds and use of the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and large windows.
The condominium has a beautiful free form swimming pool, jacuzzi and beautiful landscaped gardens and pool shower. Under the building are the garage spaces.
The lounge/dining area and master bedroom overlook the pool, jacuzzi and beautiful gardens.
The lounge is equipped with 2 sofas, one of which converts into a bed to sleep 2 children or 1 adult (comfortably). There is an additional charge of €5/per night/per person for additional guests sleeping on the sofa bed.
The high quality fitted kitchen is bright and practical, is extraordinarily well-equipped and has the usual appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc.
A really lovely flat to enjoy your holiday in the sun. For larger groups or families, we have 3 other flats within this same resort, apartments Seacrest and Sanctuary (in the same block) and Seaview (in the block next door). Lagos city walls are only 1.9 km from the flat (a 4-minute drive). From there, you can park and walk directly into the historic city centre and explore its myriad of cobbled streets. For golfers, the Boavista Golf course, just a 3-minute drive away, will take you to the Boavista Golf course, making this flat an ideal holiday location for all.
