The space features two inviting bedrooms (one is a loft with a low ceiling at 3' 10"), a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area with thoughtful details that make it feel like home. Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.
*This is a pet friendly property 1 dog max; please inquire with weight, breed and training of your dog for consideration. Additional pet fee of $150 per booking will be requested at the time of booking. (Cats or other pets not allowed). Our Pet policy will be required to be signed at the time of check in.

For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
