Positive: Sauna is limited available but really good !
Negative: I was requested by mail day upfront to confirm time of arrival , which I was unable to do (didn't know for sure what time I could leave) ; therefore I waited 1.5 hr before the concierge arrived to hand over the key of appt. First bathroom when you enter appt , we didn't get warm water for the shower (but in the sink was ok), so we used other showers. As suggestion to owners : standard drinking glasses really are very small (and bigger cocktail glasses are not practical for washing up).
