Hello ! This year we are renting our apartment in Cocody Village:
A very spacious and peaceful accommodation, which offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. We love it :-)
The duplex apartment/house has its own private entrance. It comprises a large living room with sofa bed and open-plan kitchen (countertop), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds), a terrace and an enclosed garden with deckchairs.
Fully equipped: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, furnished and comfortable.
Air conditioning throughout the apartment (upstairs and downstairs).
Outdoor charcoal barbecue.
The magnificent beach of Sant Ambroggio (Lumio) can be reached on foot (approx. 600 m, 10 min. walk).
The Balagne train stop is just a few hundred meters away.
Restaurants and shops 2 steps away (the apartment is located in the Vival, Cocody III, Mazza Corta area, see Google Maps).
Reserved parking in front of the apartment.
Please note: the geolocation of the rental on the map is approximate and non-contractual / In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

120 € cleaning and laundry costs extra (sheets and towels included).
Deposit: 400€ to be paid on site by cheque (not cashed), returned on departure.
