Positive: Large appartement, terrace with great view. Great location in a quiet street in the old town, but still very close to restaurants and everything else. Quite easy to park the car (can be difficult in weekends and too late in the evening).
Negative: Ground floor quite dark, with cellar smell. Terrace lacking light, rusty hammock (dangerous to use), broken furniture, dirty/broken sunbed. Many doors not possible to close, or open. Loose lamps etc. By only spending half of the rent we paid for a week, on some smaller maintenance and replacement of broken (outdoor) furnitures, our review could easily be increased from 7 to 8 (or 9) points.
