Positive: There is a stunning view from the balcony, and hosts are very friendly and cooperative. They brought everything we asked for.
Negative: The kitchen/dining room is far too small for 5 people, even for four. The table is too big for such a small kitchen/dining room, and it is almost impossible to open cupboards and drawers even when nobody sits around the table. Kitchen is not very well equiped, dishes are too small or too big. Water cooker was completely greasy, and there is a lot of dust besides a bed.
Summary: Appartamento is sweet, yet some more cleaning and effort before guests arriving would do.
