Positive: Great views, great location, kind owner ( got fresh basil and nut marmelade as a present) - she reacted promptly, when we got no electricity due to electric power cut during storm
Negative: If it was my apartment, i would install heaters for towers, as it was pretty cold +18 and over 80%humidity inside for couple of days in October, since it was not heating season I would put new bulbs in kitchen, as they dont function any more
Summary: Great views, but moist and cold at times
