Positive: It was really well located - only a short 5 minute walk into the town. Air conditioning was nice and the apartment was big and spacious for our group.
Negative: It could've been a little clearer that access to the pool did not come with the accommodation, but is rather the town's lido that costs per hour/half day/day to get into (up to EUR 23 for a day) and is about a 10 minute walk away. Federico was helpful with questions etc, but there were quite a few house rules/maintenance to do during the stay such as emptying the air conditioning overflow each day.
Summary: The apartment was really nice and spacious - great for the size of our group.
