Positive: Excellent t location, good value for money
Negative: Old and very basic equipment, the I could feel every spring of the mattress. Walls are quite thin- you can hear the neighbours upstairs. Owner stops by every day.
Summary: It was a bit odd that we had to pay a 300€ cash deposit upfront (for what it was which nobody told us about beforehand.
