Positive: We had a pleasant time at this apartment. It was our second time staying in there and we really like the location which is not too far from the city centre. It is also cleaned. The secured parking place is great. The apartment has got everything you need and the washing machine is a big plus. The shower, TV, oven and microwave are very good.
Negative: The quality of items needs to be better. Overall the kitchen needs an upgrade New pots and pans, cutlery, breadboard, toaster, kettle, tea towels. These items need to be new and better quality. Also in the living room it would benefit from net curtains and a new coffee table as room is a bit sterile. The lack of net curtains is a problem to have more privacy. It's the same issue with the bedroom which has got a net curtain but too fine and transparent. More cleaning products should be provided to avoid going shopping to top up. The 300€ deposit should be clear from the beginning especially for a non refundable booking. We still recommend this place as we had a great time.
Summary: Good location, good apartment but needs improvement.
