Summary: The instructions to get into the building were confusing and required a phone call (although they did not provide the international country code on the sign), and the person on the phone asked me to open the wrong lockbox and finally another guest suggested trying another one, which was a different color and on the other side of the room. We got in, and the room was totally acceptable as a place to sleep for one night after a late flight.
