5 Bedroom House in Soller, Sóller

Fantastic, modern property set on the hills of the Puerto de Soller. This house boasts five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms with a large living room and kitchen along with four terraces and a wooden deck with a pool overlooking the bay area. New on this site!
This home is all new construction with all-new furniture and modern design as well as all kinds of modern amenities.
The swimming pool is at the lower level of the house and it is surrounded by a terrace and a wooden deck where you can sunbathe under the olive trees. There are also number of fruit trees on the property.
The street it is located on is a cul-de-sac, so it is quiet, without much traffic. Generally parking is easy although the property does have a private parking spot. If you do not want to drive, the Port de Soller and its marina are 10 minutes away by walking and there you can enjoy great restaurants or take part in any of the many daily activities that can be found there. Soller is a quick 15-minute drive away although you could also take the antique wooden train to get there.
This property is a gem and its location is unbeatable as it is close enough to the heart of Port de Soller, but not so close to be in the middle of the tourist crowd. Staying here is an experience hard to forget.
Please note that the building is divided in: 1) The main house with 3 bedrooms, and the lower apartment with 2 additional bedrooms. The base cost per night is for the use of the 3-bedroom section of the house (up to 6 guests), without using the apartment. When the lower apartment is to be used, there is a 50E/night fee for each guest using it. You need to let us know how many guests will be using the lower apartment so we can properly calculate the rental fee. Please note that some bedrooms in the lower apartment may be locked if not requested.

Summary: After a last minute cancellation with another property, we were very happy to secure this villa thanks to VRBO's excellent customer service. Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues that we found disappointing: 1. There was building work taking place in the house next door during our stay, which started early in the morning. 2. No aircon in kitchen and living room, only in bedrooms. Kitchen and living room got very warm as a consequence, despite fans being provided. 3. One of the 3 bedrooms doesn't have shutters to block the sun, which is quite strange for a house in Mallorca. The rest of the house did have shutters. 4. No gel/shampoo was left in the bathrooms, which we found very unusual. Aside from these points, we did enjoy the house & what it has to offer. The views were great & we really enjoyed the terraces, the swimming pool, the table tennis table and the table football. The living room & main terrace were also very enjoyable, so it's strange that they are not featured in the pictures.
