Positive: All we needed was in the apartment. A small but very well equipped kitchen, view, balcony enough for two to have breakfast, towels,... Within 10 minutes we have different beaches to choose from (FKK, for kids, private, public). Parking next to the house! Even though the check out is at 10 am we could stay longer after morning swim, take a shower and then leave.
Negative: Beds were a bit soft for us (depending on your habits) Maybe the floor can be more modern 😉
