Positive: If you do not need to stay near-near beach, it is a very good spot, as from the location you can drive to any beaches around. The apartment matches the pictures, has all mentioned facilities, and communication with the owner is straightforward. The air condition in the kitchen area only but the apartment is shadowed by the curtains and is not getting too hot so it is enough. We have been there with 2 kids, were afraid if they are not too loud and disturbing but no complaints were received so i guess apartments are well separated :D
Negative: It would be great if the parking spots had a bit of shade for the car.
