In winter the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops directly in front of the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Seceda and Rasciesa cable cars (both approx. 700m). Buses run at a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes. The Alpe di Siusi cable car is approx. 500 m away.
In summer the proximity of the bus stop and the centre (5 minutes' walk - approx. 300 metres), with the Luis Trenker Promenade and the ski lifts, is particularly advantageous.
Bar Stua da Carlo is located in the same building and is the ideal solution if you want to have breakfast out of town, as it is open from 6 am. House guests get a 10% discount on breakfast, consuming a minimum amount of 30€.
You will find a grocery shop right next to the house.
A greengrocer's and a pizzeria are 20 metres from the house, the baker's shop is 100 metres away and you will find everything else in the centre of Ortisei.

Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
