Positive: The apartments are on the ground floor of a villa still in the making. However, the rooms are well furbished and nice. We loved the peace, the calm, the silence. Beware those who want more: there is nothing in the village except the restaurant nearby. But this is what we wanted. The private beach is great, with reclining beds. The sunrise is fantastic on the shore with a cup of coffee. The hosts are friendly and kind with sufficient English. The room and facilities were clean and up-to-date. If you want more, the town, Ston, is 10 min by car, an enchanting fifteenth c. architecture place with a higher choice of amenities.
Negative: There is a nice restaurant on the shore nearby. Their food and service were great, however, quite pricey. The same menu in Stone would be 2/3rd. The sea is, in fact, a bay in which heavy fishing-related activities are at work. Hence there was regular dirt on the surface of the water in the morning. Swimming is advised later in the afternoon by the time the current takes the dirt away.
Summary: A special place for people who want to be on their own and content with it.
