Positive: We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful and peaceful bay, both day and night. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the center of Lastovo. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the north-facing balcony was a great feature, as it provided shade throughout the day. The apartment's layout allowed for a nice cross-breeze, making it easy to cool down and sleep comfortably at night. There is a small beach just below the apartment, and although boats frequently pass through the bay, the sea is beautiful, pleasant, and clean. The beaches aren't particularly developed due to Lastovo being a nature park, but the access to the sea is very good and practical. The landlady was kind and approachable, which added to the overall experience.
Negative: Regarding a few drawbacks, the signal was often weak, probably due to the location. Additionally, although free toilet paper was advertised, only few (2-3) rolls were provided for a two-person nine-night stay. The apartment seems to have been divided from a larger unit, as we could hear noises from the neighboring apartments through the walls—everything from opening the shower door and showering to conversations, which was a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioning also seemed to turn on or off "by itself", probably controlled through the wall from the other apartment. This unfortunately diminished the sense of privacy within the apartment, and the noise was even more noticeable on the balcony.
Summary: Very good accommodation for two, with the beach just below the apartment.
