Positive: We loved how central it was! Easy to get around old town! Spacious apartment and was cooled well with air conditioning. Can be noisy at night but nothing we couldnt handle.
Negative: A touch confusing to locate at first (we were also very hungry and tired after a 7 hour bus ride so that didnt help). To elevate this apartment it would be helpful to fix the front door light as it was broken and upgrade the TV. Just and FYI you will need to pay the tourist tax at the local post office on your first day
