Positive: The appartment was spacious and clean, located in a very beautiful village with stunning views to the mountains. We had 2 days of rain and we felt really cosy and at home. The owners were very nice and helpful, they answered all our inquiries very fast and gave us useful information. The kitchen was well eqquiped. There is free parking and good wifi. There is a supermarket 10min away from the appartment (by car), great hikes literally starting next to the appartment and good restaurants around. (We loved the Bergoasse Forellenhof!!). All in all, we had a great stay in Gries im Sellrain and we recommend it to anyone who loves the mountains and nature. The landscapes are breathtaking and we would love to go back one day!!
Negative: We missed some little details in the appartment that could have made it even better: a little bin in the toilet, a strainer for pasta and rice in the kitchen, a little lamp in the room for reading and a lighter light in the living room for the evening, a broomstick to clean… little things that are simple but very handy. But overall we had what we needed and we could cook. The owners sent us the Innsbruck welcome card, even though we couldn’t use it because most of the attractions in Innsbruck didn’t accept it but it could have been useful for public transport (we had a car, though).
