Positive: It is a decent flat, and it should serve most holidaymakers.
Negative: The pool opening hours are ridiculous. It closes before 6pm just when a little bit of shade it starting to be cast over it by the building. It should be open all night as far as I am concerned and it is a big-big disappointment that it isn't. The air conditioner in the living room started leaking condensation onto the furniture and the wall all over the place and during my 2 weeks of stay the host failed to fix it so I could not use it. It was nice while it worked but I could not use if for 10 days. Improvement suggestion: The flat should definitely have a dishwasher or at least the drying rack should fit the plates, which are too big for it currently.
Summary: Nice place but do not expect much assistance from the host if something goes wrong.
