Summary: It was our first time to Martinique and we did not know quite how special Anse Dufour and Anse Noire would be -- and how unique and ideally situated M. Desert's rooms were! When we arrived, it was too late to buy food so we resigned ourselves to just going to bed a little hungry -- then Joseph and his wife surprised us with delicious rum drinks on the balcony and homemade accra! The room -- and the entire property-- was clean and spacious, quiet and comfortable. You were never further than a 5 minute walk to either beach and the view from the patio was one of the best I've ever seen. I can't wait to come back again!
