Summary: A very clean, well equipped, comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment in a beautifully restored building, in a quiet area situate in the heart of Ortigia. Luca's hospitality was exceptional providing maps, guides, and recommendations on bars, restaurants and shopping. A mine of information regarding all aspects of Ortigia. A kind, helpful and considerate host who went above and beyond expectations when accommodating our needs for and unplanned further week (due to our flights being cancelled twice as a result of a fire at Catania Airport). Words cannot express how much we enjoyed our time experiencing the wonderful architecture, history and warm welcome of Ortigia. I would not hesitate in recommending in this apartment to anyone wishing to have a truly authentic experience of Ortigia. A huge thank you to Luca and his parents. Sue and Pete
