The apartment is on the ground floor and has a spacious partly covered terrace of 72m2 followed by a private garden with own sunbeds and sun most of the day. From the private garden you enter the communal subtropical gardens with swimming pool and children's pool. On the sun terraces around the pool are free to use sun beds. The apartment has a ample living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs, a dining area and sliding doors to the terrace. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and both with en-suite bathroom and sliding doors to the terrace. The fully equipped modern kitchen comes with all necessary equipment.
