The layout of the apartment consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, a living room with a balcony and a secondary bathroom, and a lock-off studio with a queen-size bed, kitchenette, its own balcony, and a full bathroom.
The kitchen and kitchenette countertops and island are made of granite.
The apartment's kitchen and the studio's kitchenette have a refrigerator and a minibar, respectively, and both have electric stoves and basic appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave oven.
