The apartment "Villa-Castrop" is centrally located in Castrop-Rauxel in the middle of the beautiful Ruhr area.
When my son heard that I was moving into an old apartment in this venerable patrician house, he said to me with pleasure: "Now you have a castle in Ihrhove and a villa in Castrop." Then I told him that the city of Castrop-Rauxel really was first mentioned in 834 as a "villa castorpe". And we had a name for my flat :-).
Since I am often on the road and not stay constantly in the beautiful Castrop-Rauxel, I now like to rent this completely renovated apartment to nice guests who want to know the Ruhr area with its vibrant life and love to learn.
The beautiful old apartment is located in the 1. Floor, is about 60m ² and fully equipped for up to 4 people (incl. Wi-Fi and satellite TV in the living room and bedroom).
It consists of a separate bedroom with double bed, a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and coffee machine, fridge freezer) and separate work area. From the kitchen, there are only a few steps to the cozy living room with large flat screen TV and large couch, which can be converted into a sofa bed (including additional mattress 1,40mx2, 00m).
Ample parking is available in front of the house.
Within walking distance (about 350m) is the main train station Castrop-Rauxel with its excellent transport links for the entire Ruhr area to reach (eg only 13 minutes by RE3 to Dortmund main station and 48 minutes to Dusseldorf airport). Also various shops and restaurants are located in the vicinity. The motorway connection to the A2 and A42 can be reached in a few minutes.
