Positive: Great price, big apartment, you can cook, use a fridge, it's very convenient e.g. for a one-night stop on a longer journey. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, yet modern.
Negative: You hear a lot of planes until late at night, although if you're a deep sleeper that's not a concern and it does stop if you stay up somewhat late (past midnight). There's not really anything to do nearby. The building looks old and unappealing from the outside, as well as the entrance / staircase (no elevator, big and echoey, a little dark...).
Summary: Great price for a short stop on your journey
