Positive: For us this was the perfect seaside holiday experience. Beautiful sea in a calm bay, beautiful house and garden, extremely quiet. The location is remote and not easily accessible as the last 5 km are on unpaved roads (as a piece of advice we found the drive through Marina better than the one through Sevid). There are very few other houses around and no restaurant or shops. So you need to plan well your grocery shopping and be ready to cook. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of pots, pans, dishes. You need to bring salt, oil, sugar, coffee (there are two Italian "moka" coffee pots you can use). There is a large barbecue on the terrace but we did not use it Rooms are large and airy and the views from the main bedroom and the living room are amazing. The mattress in the main bedroom is comfortable. The bathroom is large, hot water comes from solar panels so it is very hot on sunny days. All the house runs on solar panels when possible and we loved this. We spent most of our time on the concrete pier sunbathing and swimming or on the very large terrace. WiFi works very well and mobile phone coverage is very good in the area.
Negative: Not related to the house but you have to be prepared for mosquitoes - bring repellents both for outdoor and indoor use
