Our tastefully, comfortably and modern furnished apartment, which is furnished with great attention to detail, located in the region Middle Rhine (World Heritage). We are centrally located between the Rhine and Moselle. The premises are 61 m² and include a large living-dining room with open kitchen area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a separate covered access via which they always have independent access to your apartment. The apartment is located on a hillside on the bottom of the house on the ground floor. It is ideal for two people. The possibility of sleeping for a third or fourth person is provided by a pull-out couch in the living area, optionally also an extra bed in the bedroom is additionally available. The apartment is directly a 70 m² paved driveway with carport, large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. From the tiled entrance area leads into the hall, in the bright spacious living-dining room with open kitchen area or in the cozy bedroom. In the back of the hallway is a hallway that leads to the bathroom with shower and toilet. A cloakroom in the hallway offers additional hanging options and storage space.
