Positive: Our evaluation of the accommodation is definitely positive. A spacious apartment on the first floor of a family house, oriented to the south with a balcony and a beautiful view of the sunset behind the mountains. The equipment is carefully maintained and clean, and the kitchen has everything necessary. Two bedrooms, a living kitchen with a dining table, and an additional living room with seating. The toilet and shower are in one room. The landlady was very pleasant and helpful. The very negative aspect was the communication after the reservation was made. I booked the accommodation in the usual way on the well-established platform booking.com. Immediately, messages and emails started coming from a company called 'Belvilla by OYO.' Apparently, a robot requested payments in a different structure and terms than the original reservation. Responses to inquiries went unanswered. The communication exhibited all signs of fraudulent behavior. I informed booking.com’s customer service about the payment requests, which appeared to come from the Netherlands to a German bank in Brussels. Additionally, the name of the accommodation was changed twice during the reservation period. Fortunately, I was able to find the actual owner on other websites and verify the reservation by phone. I don't want anything to do with any 'Belvilla by whatever' and I don't think booking.com needs this either. Great location of the accommodation, only about a 2-minute drive to Wiesenalm, the mid-station of the Rosenalmbahn cable car. However, it is necessary to arrive at the parking lot before 8:30, otherwise it is usually full. Thank you to the landlady for the tip.
Negative: The only disadvantage was the lack of a ski storage room for preparing skis. For a week-long stay, this is a problem for real skiers. The accommodation provider knows this better than anyone else.
