The apartment is on the first floor of a villa of the late nineteenth century.
The villa, immersed in a large park that reaches the beach, has been divided into 8 apartments.

A large terrace overlooking the sea is available to guests.
The villa is located in the town center, 300 meters from the station. Restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot. From the gate on the Colombo waterfront you enter the free beach and the Etruria baths, 200 meters away there are the 3 rocks baths and the Salvadori baths.
The apartment is for exclusive use while the garden is available to guests throughout the villa.

The living room, with a small terrace, enjoys a wonderful view of the garden and the sea. In the living room there is the kitchen area with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, induction hob. Plates, glasses, pots and cutlery are provided. Also toaster, electric kettle and upon request espresso or American coffee machine.
Along the coast of Castiglioncello, a pedestrian only street, the so-called "LUNGOMARE", from Punta Righini reaches the Tourist Port MARINA CALA DE 'MEDICI. A gate of the garden of the villa opens onto this "WALKING" from here you get to the Marradi pinewood, a pedestrian area, where children can have fun with mini golf and rides while their parents watch them comfortably seated at the bar tables, or watching The windows. Going in the other direction you reach the tourist port "Cala de Medici". In the small square of the port there are bars, restaurants and shops and during the summer shows and various events are organized. The coast is mainly rocky with some sandy beaches and characteristic bays of sand or rock.

Quiet town, suitable for families, it is very well located for excursions in the most important cities of Tuscany.
