Our boarding house "Villa Seeschwalbe", newly built in 2010, is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on Lake Plauer, in the district of Appelburg / Seelust. We are a boarding house. This means that with us you enjoy the advantages of a fully equipped apartment, we offer you the service of a small hotel,

- Separate common room for socializing, with an extra kitchen, fireplace, various games, books & large flat screen TV. in agreement.
Our location makes it easy for you to get to know the surroundings.

The two apartments of the "Villa Seeschwalbe" are ideal for business travelers, short-term employees and for holidays with the family.
Whether business travelers, short-term employees, families with children, individualists or sports enthusiasts, everyone will find the right offer for leisure, relaxation and sports in the immediate vicinity of the forest and lake (water sports, fishing, cycling, hiking, boat trips, day trips and much more)

We offer apartments in two different categories, which essentially differ in size (from 85 to 120 m²). Each of the two apartments has a separate entrance. 1 to 6 people can be accommodated. All are non-smoking apartments.
Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor at Plauer See. Approximately 85 m² of living space are distributed over 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an open living and dining area and a direct view of the lake. The apartment is bright and friendly and lovingly furnished.
From the breakfast table on the terrace you have a wonderful view of the lake. The beautiful view invites you to relax.
For the movie night there is a flat screen TV in the living area.
