The well maintained house is located in a quiet location in the tranquil resort of Povile, the southern suburb of Novi Vinodolski, on the famous Riviera of Crikvenica. The hillside holiday home offers a total of 4 holiday apartments. Two are located on the ground floor and 2 identical in the 1st floor.
