PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The beautifully located holiday home with 5 holiday flats and apartments is located in the first row to the sea, only about 50 m from the sandy beach, making it ideal for families with small children. There is a small restaurant on the beach with delicious food. There is also an umbrella and lounge chair rental.
All apartments of the house are beautifully furnished, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant family vacation. This includes air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee maker, electric stove, microwave, kitchen towels, bed linen and sufficient dishes. Each apartment has a secured parking space directly at the house.
Furthermore, each apartment has its own furnished balcony with table, chairs and parasol. The towels are changed twice a week and the bed linen every 7 days. Newly arriving guests will find some refreshing beverages in their fridge after the tiring journey as a welcome. There are two barbecues in the courtyard that are freely available to guests. The beach is only 50 m away and from the terraces of the apartments you can enjoy a wonderful unobstructed sea view.
The landlords have some boat berths just 50m away, where boats up to 7m in length can be moored . The boat trailers can be parked about 30m away from the house for free. In the vicinity is also the in-house boat rental with various boats. Guests of the house receive a 10% discount on the regular rental prices.
Lopar is a place with 22 sandy beaches, on which 3 nudists also feel very comfortable. Everyone can find something for themselves. There is a small park near the house with a children's playground (swings). In the immediate vicinity there is also a grocery store, a restaurant, a pizzeria, kiosk, bakery and a bus stop.
